摘 要:采用金相、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM/EDS)和力学性能试验等方法研究了热处理工艺对含稀土的Cu-Cr合金硬度和冲击韧度的影响。结果表明,热处理能提高该合金的硬度,而对其冲击韧度影响不大;该合金经500℃保温2h空冷后可获得较高硬度,分析了该合金性能变化的原因及稀土的作用。The effect of heat treatment on hardness and impact toughness of Cu-Cr alloy containing RE was studied by means of metallographic, XRD, SEM/EDS and mechanical property test. The results show that the heat treatment can change the hardness of Cu-Cr alloy, but exerts a little influence on its impact toughness. The higher hard- ness of Cu-Cr containing RE can be obtained by tempering at 500 ℃ for 2 h. The cause of variation in the properties of alloy and the function of RE have been analyzed, too.
