大连市2067例健康体检者血尿酸水平的检测及结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解大连市区人群血尿酸水平与高尿酸血症患病率及其影响因素。方法对进行健康体检的2067名大连市民的血尿酸、血糖、血脂水平及一些基础指标进行分析,用尿酸酶法检测血尿酸含量。结果(1)男性血尿酸平均值为(376±79)μmol/L,女性为(309±67)μmol/L;男性高尿酸血症患病率为19.2%,女性为15.1%;男性均显著高于女性(P<0.01),且不同年龄组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)超重和肥胖人群中血尿酸水平和高尿酸血症患病率显著增高(P<0.01)。(3)高尿酸血症组FBG、TG、LDL-C和TC水平明显高于血尿酸正常组(P<0.05)。(4)高尿酸血症组高TG血症、超重和肥胖、高血糖、高血压和高LDL-C血症的检出率显著高于血尿酸正常组。结论大连地区血尿酸水平和高尿酸血症患病率较高,肥胖容易引发高尿酸血症,高尿酸血症更容易伴发高血脂、高血糖和高血压等代谢性疾病,应该引起重视、加强控制。Objective To investigate blood uric acid level of the urban population in Dalian, and to explore the preva- lence of hyperuricemia and its impact factors. Methods Blood uric acid, glucose, blood lipids and some basic indicators of 2,067 health check - up citizens were analyzed, and the content of cubital veins serum uric acid was determined by uricase method. Results The average blood uric-acid was 376 ± 79 μmol / L in males, and 309 ± 67μmol / L in females. The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia was 19.2% in males, and 15. 1% in females. The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia in males was significantly higher than that of females （P〈 0.01）, and there were significant differences among the different age groups （P 〈 0.05）. Blood uric acid level and hyperuricemia prevalence rate significantly increased among overweight and obesity population （P〈 0.01）. FBG, TG, LDL- O and TO serum uric acid levels of hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those of the normal group （P〈 0.01）. The detection rates of hypercholesterolaemia, overweight and obesity, high blood sugar, hypertension and high LDL - C hyperlipidemia in hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those of normal blood uric acid group. Conclusions Blood uric acid level and hyperuricemia prevalence are higher in Dalian. Obesity is prone to lead hyperuricemia, and hyperuricemia easily associates with hyperlipidemia, hypertension, high blood sugar, and other metabolic diseases. Therefore, close attentions should be paid to blood uric acid level and hyperurlcemia.
