摘　　要：对新乡市郊区4家奶牛场388头奶牛进行流行病学调查、现场观察、大体病理学观察、病理组织切片诊断,确诊新乡市奶牛场中自然发生的皮肤肿瘤是由病毒引起的牛皮肤乳头状瘤病;肿瘤的发病率高达到3.35%(13/388);该肿瘤可以通过直接接触感染,表明肿瘤具有传染性;主要发生于1岁左右的犊牛,随着年龄增长肿瘤可自行消失,表明该肿瘤是一种自限性肿瘤;肿瘤对牛本身未发现明显不良影响。The bovine cutaneous papillomatosis was studied in Xinxiang city of Henan province. 388 heads of cow in four farms of were surveyed by epidemiological study, clinical observation, maeropathology observation and histopathologic study. The results showed that the naturally happened bovine cutaneous papillomatosis was caused by virus. The incidence rate is as high as 3.35% （13/388） , which can be contagious directly through touching. This disease mainly occurs to about one - year - old calf and would disappear with the age increasing. This indecated it is a kind of self - limited papillomatosis. No harmful effects on cow was discovered.
