摘　　要：目的学习借鉴古巴救援医疗队的工作方法,为医疗工作改进提供参考。方法通过随队工作,参与了解统计汶川地震后古巴救援医疗队在我院工作的全过程,对统计数据处理采用EXCEL软件建立数据库,作描述性统计分析。结果古巴医疗队有科学严谨的工作模式和流程,一是仔细询查,二是集体讨论,三是有针对性治疗,四是术后精心护理,五是早期心理跟进。结论古巴医疗队丰富的地震灾害救援经验、科学严谨的工作模式和流程,及精益求精的工作态度,值得中国医务工作者学习和借鉴。Objective To learn from the work method of Cuban medical team as a valuable source of reference for improving our medical work. Methods According to statistics involved in the whole work of Cuban medical team as a co-worker, the database concerning the rescue was established by using EXCEL software for processing and descriptive statistical analvsis. Results Cuban medical team deployed rigorous scientific working patterns and processes with careful inquiry and check, group discussion, targeted treatment, postoperative nursing and early psycho intervention. Conclusion Chinese medical staff should learn from Cuban medical team with a wealth of experience in disaster relief, scientific working patterns and processes, as well as refining work attitude.
