摘　　要：目的综合评价Vitros5．1Fs全自动干化学分析仪性能。方法分别测定包括白蛋白（ALB）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、淀粉酶（AMYL）、肌酸激酶（CK）、氯（CL）、肌酐（CREA）、葡萄糖（GLU）、钾（K）、脂肪酶（LIPA）、钠（NA）、尿素氮（UREA）共12个项目的参考区间、精密度、准确性、线性。结果参考区间：除磷的R值为90％外，其余各检测项目的R值均为100％；准确度：各检测项目的回收率在93．17～107．09％；精密度：各检测项目的CV值1．16—2．49，均〈2．5％；线性：各检测项目的斜率（a）值0．9526～1．0456，相关系数r=0．9792。结论该仪器的参考区间、准确度、精密度、线性均在要求范围内。Objective To assess the efficiency of full-automatic dry biochemical analyzer Vitros 5. 1 FS via analyzing reference interval, precision, accuracy and linear range of all items. Methods The items including ALB, AST, ALT, AMYL, CK, CREA, GLU, K, LIPA, NA,and UREA were detected by the full-automatic dry biochemical analyzer Vitros 5.1 FS, and the reference interval, precision, accuracy and linear range of each item were calculated to evaluate the analyzer. Results The R value of PHOS was 90% , while the values of other items were 100%. The recovery rate and coefficient variation value of all i- tems ranged from 93. 17% to 107.09% , and from 1.16% to 2.49% respectively. The slope and correlation coefficient of the items were from 0. 9526 to 1. 0456, and from 0. 9792 to 1. 0000 respectively. Conclusion The reference interval, precision, accuracy and linear range of all 23 items approach the required ranges, and the results are satisfied.
