摘　　要：笔者以绒山羊为试验动物,在卵黄稀释液中添加胆固醇硫酸脂(PCS),研究了在冷冻过程中PCS对精子质量的影响。添加PCS共设计了0.15,0.10,0.50g/100mL的添加量,总体分析以0.10g/100mL添加量为最佳,EY试验组显著好于EY对照组。其中,EY组解冻后精子活率、膜完整率、顶体完整率分别是34.94%、39.17%、75.24%;EY对照组分别是28.74%、30.70%、64.70%。This paper studied on the effect of potassium cholesterol sulfate （PCS） to the spermatozoa quality during freezing process. The test group of addition of PCS to EY dilution consisted of three group. The addition was 0.15 g/100 mL, 0.10 g/100 mL and 0.5 g/100 mL respectively. The result indicated： the optimal addition was 0.10 g/100 mL.The test group＇ sperm quality of EY diluent is better than the control group of EY diluent. After being thawing, the motility, plasma membrane integrity and atropine integrity of the EY group were 34.94 %, 39.17 %, 75.24 %, but the EY control group were 28.74 %, 30.70 %, 64.70 %.
