摘 要:本研究对三好坞水体水质做了连续监测。同时采用层次分析-主要成分分析营养度法(AHP-PCA法)计算出综合富营养指数值,并对水体的富营养化程度进行评价。然后应用PFU法,对三好坞内水体中的微型生物群落的变化进行了监测,并计算了水体微型生物群落参数:马格列夫多样性指数、申农威夫指数等。最后对水体微型生物群落参数和富营养指数值之间的相关性进行分析,说明两者之间有较好的相关性。The water quality of Sanhao dock was continuously monitored for this study. By means of AHP-PCA method, the comprehensive index of eutrophication of water bodies was calculated based on which the eutrophication level was evaluated. Then the changes of microbial community in the water were monitored with the PFU method, based on which the microbial community parameters such as Margalef diversity index and Shannon-Weaver index were calculated. According to final analysis, there was correlation between microbial community parameters and eutrophication index.
