摘 要:利用AFLP标记和UPGMA聚类分析,对76份结球白菜品种自交系及不结球白菜上海青和口本水菜千筋菜共78份材料的亲缘关系进行分析:从64个AnP引物组合中筛选出8对多态性好、条带清晰的引物组合对78份材料的基因组DNA进行扩增,共检测到301个谱带,平均每个引物扩增出37.6个条带,其中存在多态性的条带数为273:结果昆示,78份材料之间的遗传相似系数(GS)的变化范围为0.63~0.98;其中76份结球白菜的GS为0.72~0.98,干筋菜与上海青的GS为0.74;取相似系数0.80,可将78份自交系分成8个类群,第一至第六类群均为结球自菜,第七类群为千筋菜,第八类群为不结球白菜上海青。结球白菜类群的划分与传统上按叶球类型的划分结果具有一定的相似性:Genetie relalionship of 76 Chinese cabbage-pe-tsai and 2 accessorial materials (Hakukeisenkinkyou and Shaihaiqing) inbred lines was analyzed by AFLP markers. Eight pairs of primers that clear amplify the hands which have good polymorphism were selected for AFLP analysis. Total 301 fragments were acquired, and the average number of bands per pair primer 37.6, of which 273 fragments were polymorphie. The results showed that the genetic similarity (GS) coefficients ranged from 0.63 to 0.98 among 78 inbred lines based on the AFLP analysis; the GS coefficients among 76 heading Chinese cabbage ranged from 0.72 to 0. 98; the GS between Hakukeisenkinkyou and Shaihai-qing was 0.74. Severty-eight lines were classified into 8 groups, the first to sixth group was heading Chinese cabbages, the seventh was Japanese watercabbage and the eighth was Shaihai-qlng. The results of clusters of Chinese eabbage-pe-tsai were similar to those of leaf head type.
