摘　　要：社区志愿服务的社会支持系统是对社区志愿服务活动的肯定、支持以及由此而形成的经济资源、志愿者资源和服务设施体系、政策、法律法规、精神激励、舆论环境的总称。本文对我国社区志愿服务方面的相关政策进行了梳理,分析了我国现行法律、法规对社区志愿服务的支持与不足,探讨了社区志愿服务的立法原则与内容。The social sustaining system of community volunteer service is a general concept of the affirmation and support to the community volunteer service activities, the economic resources, volunteer resources and service equipment system, policy, rules of law, spiritual inspiration and the public opinion surroundings. This paper will analyze the related policy, the sustaining and deficiency of the current law and code, and discuss the legislation principle and content of our nation＇ s community volunteer service.
