摘 要:利用低温等离子体(LTP)与硅油结合的方法处理羊毛半成品布,以降低羊毛织物的毡缩率。经氨基硅油处理后等离子体照射,再用含氢硅油处理后等离子体照射工艺处理的羊毛织物,毡缩率降低到7.84%,达到机可洗的要求。递进收缩实验间接表明,经等离子体处理后,硅油牢固地结合到羊毛纤维表面。扫描电镜研究表明,有机硅结合LTP工艺由于有机硅树脂的沉积使得鳞片边缘模糊且较平滑,达到防毡缩效果。The wool fabric was treated by amino silicone oil, h-silicone oil combine with (LTP) to improve the anti-felting property. The wool fabric was treated by amino silicone treatment, and then treated by h-silicone oil combine with LTP processing had good shrinking p low temperature plasma oil combine with LTP roofing; the anti-felting rate could reach 7.84 %, achieve the wash and wear standard. The experiment of progressive shrinkage showed that silicone combined with wool fiber after treated by LTP. SEM analysis showed that the surface of wool fabric was more smooth than not treated and the edge of scale had been decreased after treated by silicone combine with LTP processing.
