水溶性纤维在高支精纺羊绒围巾生产中的应用

摘　　要：在对水溶性纤维力学性能研究的基础上,充分利用水溶性纤维的特性开发生产10 tex精纺纯羊绒围巾。探讨了产品的纺纱、织造及溶解水溶性纤维、染色、缩绒等后整理工艺。实验证明,利用水溶性纤维的辅助作用可以顺利生产纯羊绒围巾,产品柔软、滑爽、色泽柔和。On the basis of studing the mechanics performance of the water soluble fiber, it developed the 10 tex worsted cashmere scarf by using the water soluble fiber. It discussed the technics of dyeing, resolving of PVA, finishing and so on. The results showed that the scarf can be worked out successfully assisting with PVA, the scarf was soft,smooth, tendern in color.
