摘 要:对以静态RAM为存储器的子控制系统进行分析,发现在一定的显示指标下,决定该系统可控像素点数的参数为扫描模块的单点读取时钟频率,由此产生了以高速动态内存为存储器的设计系统。对此系统中扫描模块可实现的单点读取有效频率进行了分析,证实此设计系统可降低硬件成本。提出和分析了以动态内存为存储的两种控制系统设计方案。经相互对比,证明了以一片动态内存实现双体功能方案的可行性和实用性,并对此方案进行了设计分析与实现。最终在不提高硬件成本的前提下,实现了可控像素点数是以静态RAM为存储系统中可控像素点数的2倍。At present,in view of the widespread application of the LED display, and present situation of the intense competition in the market, the sub-control system's design proposal based on high speed dynamic memory was proposed, in order to reduce the cost of the sub-control system's hardware and enhance the competitive power. First of all, the sub-control system on the basis of the static RAM was analyzed in detail, and the result of the analysis indicated that, under certain indicators, the number of the pixels was dependent on the single read clock rate of the scanning module in this sub-control system. So the new system based on the high speed dynamic memory was designed, First, the maximum value of the single read effective frequency of the scanning module was parsed. It came to the conclusion that the demand of the reduction of the cost could be supplied by using this new sub-system. Then, two kinds of the design were proposed for this new system. By comparison and calculation, it proved that the dual function can be implemented by using a piece of the dynamic memory in the design, but not by using two pieces of the dynamic memory. And in the end, the design which how to be implemented was analyzed, and all of the functions were completed. Finally, the hardware cost of the new system was not enhanced, but the controllable picture element points of the new design is two times larger than that which took the static RAM as memory.
