摘  要:为了找出燃烧方式对塑料垃圾焚烧过程中多环芳烃和二恶英排放的影响,在两种不同类型试验用燃烧反应器上进行了聚氯乙烯的燃烧试验.燃烧的烟气参考GB 86-5119和USEPA1613方法采用色质联用分析仪收集分析,对烟气中多环芳烃和二恶英的分布特征进行了观察.结果显示,聚氯乙烯在流化床燃烧反应器上燃烧时生成的多环芳烃和二恶英的总量要明显低于固定床燃烧反应器上的生成量.流化床燃烧方式能够抑制多环芳烃和二恶英的某些发生机制.多环芳烃和二恶英排放特征的关联关系非常明显,可以作为塑料垃圾燃烧过程中产生的二恶英的实时监测替代物.In order to determine the effect of combustion mode on the PAHs and PCDD/Fs emission in the plastic waste incineration process, The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) incineration experiment on two different laboratory-scale combustion reactors was conducted. Flue gas samples were collected and analyzed on gas chromatography and mass spectrographs(GC/MS) based on Chinese GB 86-5119 method and USEPA1613 method. The distribution character of PAHs and PCDD/Fs in the flue gas was investigated. The results show that the total amount and toxic equivalent quantity of PAHs and PCDD/Fs formed from fluidized bed incinerator(FBI) are lower than those from fixed-bed incinerator. The combustion mode on the fluidized-bed incinerator can inhibit some formation reaction mechanism of PAHs and PCDD/Fs. The correlation between PAHs and PCDD/Fs emission character is very obvious. Thereore, PAHs can be taken as the PCDD/Fs surrogate com- pound of real-time measurement in the plastic waste incineration process.
