摘 要:实验探讨了用山西贫瘦煤为原料,经过浓度20%的盐酸或浓度4%NaOH进行脱灰处理,以及对脱灰处理煤进行炭化和活化等工艺过程制备出具有较高吸附性能的煤基粉状活性炭。同时,实验采用浸渍法负载Zn2+、Cu2+、Ag+3种抗菌金属离子制成具有抗菌性能的抗菌活性炭。The antibacterial activated carbon is a new kind of inorganic antibacterial materials, which offers many advantages, such as safety, permanency and broad-spectrum. Especially, it is innovative antibacterial materials when preparing activated carbon with cheap meagre-lean coal from Shanxi. The coal is used as raw materials to produced activated carbon in processes of ash removal in the solution of 20% HCl or 4% NaOH, carbonization and activation, and loading absorbing antibacterial ions on activated carbon, such as Zn^2+, Cu^2+ and Ag^+ Antibacterial activated carbon can be prepared.
