摘  要:通过在实验装置上测定室温下氮气流经催化剂床层的流动阻力,运用流体力学原理来模拟工业反应装置中气体流经该催化剂床层的压力降,得出了气体流经催化剂床层的压力降与气体流速、密度、粘度和催化剂装填高度的函数关系式。The fluid resistance of nitrogen gas stream flowing through the catalyst bed was systematically measured on an experimental reactor. Based on the experimental data and theory of fluid mechanics, the pressure drop of the gas flowing through the kind of catalyst bed in the industrial reactor was simulated, and an empirical?formula was consequently established by which the pressure drop can be calculated from the velocity, density, viscosity of the fluid and the height of catalyst loading.
