摘　　要：SF6气体作为性能良好的绝缘介质，在超高压电器设备中得到了广泛的应用，但SF6气体的泄漏问题也是值得引起注意的问题。目前根据检测监督表明国产设备泄漏情况较为严重，因此，对SF6电器设备气体检漏的方法、检漏仪器及检漏方式进行了论述，强调了SF6电器设备在投运前应做好密封性检验的必要性。SF6 gas,as a good insulation medium,is widely applied in UHV electrical equipment,However,the leakage of the gas is becomg a serious problem to which much attention should be paid,In this paper the leakage detection method and corresponding instruments employed are discussed,emphasizing the technical inspection on the seal of SF6 insulated electrical equipment
