摘　　要：目的调查分析西部一中等城市流动人口的性病/31:滋病(STD/AIDS)危险因素。方法随机抽取711名在四川省南充市顺庆区城区工作3个月以上、年龄在15～49岁的流动人口,采用问卷调查的方法,了解他们的流动性、STD/AIDS相关知识、性行为等情况。结果调查对象的流动频率(平均外出打工城市数/平均打工年数)为0.43;在婚者占68%,91%的在婚者与其夫/妻生活在一起;STD/AIDS的认知较差;有性行为者占84%,最近一次性行为对象82%是固定性伴,安全套使用率为28%;6%的人患过性病。结论所调查人群的流动性、不安全性行为等危险因素的危险性较低,但STD/AIDS认知水平、性病患病率、风险意识及安全套使用等危险因素的危险性较高。Objective To study STD/AIDS risks in the floating population of a medium-sized city in western China. Methods A total of 711 people, who were aged 15 -49 years and had worked for more than 3 months in the city, were randomly selected from the local floating population, and their floating status, STD/AIDS related knowledge and sexual behaviors were analyzed with questionnaires. Results The mobility of the subjects under study （the average number of cities in which they had worked away from home, divided by the average years of working outside） was 0.43. The married individuals accounted for 68 %, 91% of whom were living with their husbands or wives. They had a low level of STD/ AIDS related knowledge. Those with sexual experience accounted for 84 %, 82 % of whom were with their regular sex partners and 28 % used condoms in their recent sex activities. 6 % of them were affected with a sexually transmitted disease. Conclusion The floating population under study has a relatively low risk in terms of high mobility and unsafe sex, but a relatively high risk in terms of STD/AIDS related knowledge, prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases, risk awarehess and use of condoms.
