摘　　要：干细胞治疗作为生物治疗的重要方法之一，近10余年来在烧伤领域的应用已显示出诱人的前景。国内将干细胞治疗作为进一步提高烧伤创面修复质量的重要方法，已经在加快创面愈合速度和减少瘢痕发生率、促进汗腺与毛囊再生及组织工程皮肤构建等领域取得了重要进展。The use of stem cells to replace lost tissues is one of the very important treatment measures used in the field of burn management in recent years. Clinical results show that the use of stem cells therapies has brought new hope for accelerating wound healing with improvement in quality, inducing sweat gland regeneration, and constructing tissue engineering skin, etc.
