摘　　要：以淄博市中医院为例,介绍了定点医疗机构在进行新型农村合作医疗接口程序的开发时所使用的设计思想和实现方法;采取双方对中间数据库访问的方式,实现HIS与新农合系统之间的数据交换。Taking Zibo TCM Hospital as an example, it introduces the design thought and implementation method used by the appointed medical institution while developing the interface program of new rural cooperative medicine system. The data exchange between HIS and new rural cooperative medical system is realized by the method that two parties make access to middle database.
