摘　　要：近年来,随着医院信息化建设的不断深入,现有中心机房从功能上不能满足需要的矛盾已日渐显现。如何从系统和专业化的角度,把握中心机房设计与施工中的每个环节,是机房改造工程成功的关键。经过实践与积累,体会到在项目改造的前期需求、项目的专业化设计、施工工艺的规范化和项目验收等几个方面,从用户的角度,做一些尝试。In recent years, with the deeper hospital information co nstruction, the contradiction that the current central computer room is unable to meet the demand of function is gradually appearing. The key for success of computer room reconstruction is how to master every link of central computer room design and construction from systematization and specialization. After practice and experience accumulation, it is learned a few aspects such as the preliminary demand in reconstruction, the professional design of project, standardization of construction technology, as well as project acceptance, etc. It tries to do some attempts from user＂s point of view.
