摘　　要：医疗设备维修是医院设备科或医学工程科工作的重要组成部分,只有加强管理,才能为医院获取最佳经济效益和社会效益。通过建立完整、系统的维修管理流程,细化工作项目与职责,并探讨使用人员绩效考核的方法激励维修人员的责任感和进取心。The maintenance of medical equipment is an important part of hospital equipment department and medical engineering department, therefore, only by strengthening management can gain the best economic and social benefits for hospital. It inspires the sense of responsibility and gumption of maintenance personnel by building up complete and systematic maintenance management flow, thinning the working project and responsibility, and adopting personnel per- formance appraisal.
