摘　　要：通过对我国特别是上海历史文化风貌区内的历史风貌建筑现状进行调研,对我国历史风貌建筑的评估、改造利用和保护的全过程进行研究,提出历史风貌建筑评估改造保护的可持续发展策略。Based on in-site investigation of historical and cultural buildings in historical and cultural scenery in our country, especially in Shanghai, evaluation, reconstruction, reuse and preservation of scenic buildings are studied. Sustainalbe development strategy of reconstruction and reuse of historical scenic buildings is put forward.
