摘 要:简述了尿素蒸发系统之喷射装置采用高效水力喷射器取代蒸汽喷射器的技改方案和工艺流程。介绍了高效水力喷射器的应用效果:采用碳铵液循环抽真空,吨尿素中压蒸汽消耗降低约39 kg;现场噪音由90 dB降低为20 dB;技改投入44.3万元,节省蒸气消耗和回收氨可产生效益51.79万元/a,投资回收期10个月。Author has briefly described the technical scheme and the process flow in which the high effeetively hydrautie ejector was used for ejecting unit in the urea evaporation system in replace of steam ejector, has introduced the applicable effect for the high effeetive and hydraulic ejector; using the circulation vacuuming by ammonium earbonate the middle pressure steam eonsume per ton of urea was reduced by about 39 kg; the noise at the site was reduced from 90 dB to 20 dB ; the invest of the technical reformation was 443 000 Yuan RMB, the benefit caused from saving the steam consume and from the recovery of ammonia is 517 900 Yuan RMB, the invest recovery period is only 10 months.
