摘  要:论述了变换气脱硫再生系统由高塔再生改为喷射再生的改造过程。对比了高塔再生和喷射再生的工艺流程和设备配置;阐述了喷射再生改造中工艺流程、吸收塔、喷射再生槽、喷射器的改进方案;通过对改造前后的运行数据对比和经济效益分析,总结了喷射再生的改造效果。Author has discussed the reformation process in which shift gas de-sulfur regeneration system was changed from high tower regeneration into injecting regeneration. The process flow and equipment layout were compared for high tower regeneration with ejecting regeneration; has described the improvement scheme of process flow, ,absorber, ejecting regeneration tank and ejector; has calculated the key dimensions of regeneration tank, sprayer, mix pipe ; through comparison of the operating data before and after reformation as well as economic benefit analysis, the reformation effect of ejecting regeneration was summarized .
