摘 要:置入体内的人工心脏血泵驱动电机要求具有高效和高力能密度,以便最大限度地减小电机及其供电蓄电池的体积与重量。本文介绍的一种IVAS系统,采用血泵与驱动电机为一体的无轴承结构,永磁电机的定转子兼作轴向磁力止推轴承,并为血泵运转的动态稳定提供径向磁平衡力。电机为外转子结构,永磁体采用Habach阵列,以提高气隙磁通密度。定子采用闭口槽,以消除转矩脉动和提高电机出力。The motor of a blood pump for artificial hearts is required to have efficiency and high power density so as to minimize the size and weight of the internal and external batteries, and to coordinate the motor size with the limited space. In the introduced IVAS (Innovative Ventricular Assist System), the blood pump is integrated with the PM dc motor which has a outer rotor. The motor also serves as a passive axial magnetic thrust bearing and provides a stabilizing load for the radial journal bearing. A high airgap flux density is obtained by using the Halbach magnetic array. A closed mouth slot structure is designed to minimize force and torque pulsation and also to provide high output power.
