摘　　要：提出一种利用HIS颜色空间消除彩色细胞图像背景的方法.利用HIS颜色空间的特性,根据色调和亮度对彩色图像的不同影响及经过染色处理的彩色细胞图像的特点,通过HIS颜色模型中的色度进行自动阈值处理,达到去除彩色细胞图像复杂背景的目的.This paper presents a method for removing backgroud of color cellular image with HIS color model. The method takes the advantage of special characteristics of color model and color cellular image of the dyed object,and is based on the different influences on color images of hue and luminance. We adopt the HIS color model and remove the image background with the hue automatic threshold processing, thus the complicated background of color celtualr image can be substracted.
