摘　　要：石化产业作为国际竞争异常激烈的产业,它在我国国民经济发展中具有重要的战略地位。从技术、组织和制度三个方面对影响我国石化产业创新的障碍性因素进行分析,研究构建了中国石化产业创新系统结构模型,并对该系统结构进行分析。Petrochemical industry as very competitive industry in the world, which has an important strategic position in china＇s national economic development. This paper analysis the obstacles factors which impact on the china＇s petrochemical industry from technical, organization and institution aspects, Based on it ,The paper study on the construction of china＇s petrochemical industry innovation system structure model and analysis the structure of the system.
