摘　　要：3GPP提出了IMS后受到了业界的广泛关注,而传统的网络又在现实生活中拥有大量的用户,二者之间必须实现有效互通。文章主要探讨3GPPIMS与CS/PSTN互通的可行性。主要讨论了互通应用的场景,分析了互通的架构,介绍了必备的网络元素并且分析了它们的功能。在此基础上,阐述了具体的会话过程,并且详细地分析了一个典型的互通的信令流程,说明两者在现有的协议基础之上完全可以实现互通。3GPP brings us INS, which has become the focus of 36. However, there are many traditional users and the effective interworking must be realized between IMS and traditional network. This article mainly discusses the possibility of interworking between 3GPP IMS and CS/PSTN, including the application scenarios, analyzes the framework for interworking, and presents the necessary network elements and their functions. Based on this, session procedures are explained, also a typical signaling flow procedure of interworking between 3GPP IMS and CS/PSTN is analyzed, and thus the interworking is ensured.
