摘　　要：分析了传统数据传输模式的不足,提出了基于CIM(Common Information Module)模型的信息交换平台的设计与实现。这种信息交换平台具有接口规范,适应性广,易于维护,传输效率高等优点。满足CIM模型的数据均可通过该平台进行传输,从而可以实现异构数据库之间的数据传输,数据同步,具有广泛的应用前景。文章还对平台的结构和实现进行了简要说明。By analysis on the traditional data exchange methods, the design and implementation of the information exchange platform based on CIM （Common Information Module） model is proposed. The architecture of the proposed information exchange platform has universal interfaces, wide adaptability, easy maintenance, high efficiency and other advantages. Any information in accord with CIM data model can be transferred through the platform, so that the data transfer and data synchronization among heterogeneous databases can be achieved. The proposed platform has broad application prospects. Finally, this paper also gives a brief description of the platform structure and implementation.
