摘  要:利用热分析-质谱联用技术进行了塑料和橡胶垃圾的热解实验研究,探讨了这两种聚合物热解机理,并采用Freman-Carroll法定量分析了垃圾热解动力学。塑料和橡胶主要热解气体产物是烃类C_nH_m(n≤4~5)、CO_2和CH_4,塑料热解过程以脱链解聚吸热反应为主;而橡胶热解过程分为两个阶段,前期以交联缩聚放热反应为主,后期以脱链解聚吸热反应为主,热解过程总热效应为放热.The experiment on the pyrolysis of plastic and rubber was carried out with combined method of thermal analysis-mass spectrometry (TA-MS). The pyrolysis mechanism is discussed and the kinetics characteristics are analyzed by Freman-Carroll method. The gas products generated from pyrolysis of plastic and rubber are mainly consisted of CnHm(n≤4 - 5), CO2 and CH4. The depolymerization is dominant reaction in plastic and its pyrolysis heat is endothermic. The pyrolysis process of rubber occurs in two stages. During the first stage, the dominant reaction is condensation polymerization and is exothermic. After that, the dominant reaction is depolymerization and its pyrolysis heat is endothermic. The total heat of rubber is exothermic.
