摘　　要：目的:研究复方丹参方中使药冰片对君药丹参中丹参素在家兔组织分布特征的影响。方法:10%(V/V)高氯酸水溶液沉淀蛋白,上清液用乙酸乙酯萃取,高效液相色谱-离子阱质谱法测定家兔心、肝、肾及脑组织中的丹参素。结果:丹参与冰片配伍前后,丹参素在家兔组织中的分布特征由 c_肾>c_心>c_脑>c_肝转变为 c_肾>c_脑>c_肝>c_心。结论:使药冰片显著改变君药丹参中丹参素在家兔体内的组织分布特征,使丹参素从家兔心向脑中转移,该研究可为阐明冰片载药上行的理论论述提供依据。Objective：The effect of Baras Camphor on the distribution of Danshensu in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. in rabbits was investigated after oral administration. Method：Tissue samples were pretreated by 10% （V/V） perchloric acid. The supernatant was extracted by ethyl acetate. High performance liquid chromatography - trap mass was employed for the determination of Danshensu in heart, liver, kidney and brain. Results： Tissue distribution of Danshensu was changed from Ckidney 〉 Cheatt 〉 Cbrain 〉 Cliver to Ckidney 〉 Cbrain 〉 Cliver 〉 Cheart after oral administration of Salvia miltiorrhiza coupled with Baras Camphor. Conclusion： Baras Camphor can increased the content of Danshensu in brain, providing substantial foundation for the traditional Chinese medicine of Shi herb.
