摘  要:研究氢氧化镁、氢氧化镁/红磷并用以及氢氧化镁/红磷/纳米高岭土并用对NR胶料物理性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,与单独使用氢氧化镁相比,氢氧化镁/红磷并用能有效提高胶料的氧指数,降低烟密度,改善胶料的物理性能;采用氢氧化镁/红磷/纳米高岭土并用可以进一步提高胶料的氧指数,烟密度较氢氧化镁/红磷并用胶料略大,但比单独使用氢氧化镁显著降低,且物理性能进一步提高。当氢氧化镁、红磷和纳米高岭土的用量分别为92,8和20份时,胶料的综合性能较好。The influence of magnesium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide/red phosphorus blend and magnesium hydroxide/red phosphorus/nano-kaolin blend on the physical properties and flame retardance of NR compound was investigated. The results showed that compared to magnesium hydroxide alone,when magnesium hydroxide/red phosphorus blend was used,the oxygen index was increased effectively,the smoke density was decreased and the physical properties were improved. When magnesium hydroxide/red phosphorus/nano-kaolin blend was used,the oxygen index was further increased, the smoke density was increased slightly comparing with magnesium hydroxide/red phosphorus blend, whereas,the smoke density was decreased significantly as compared to magnesium hydroxide alone, and the physical properties were further improved. It was found that excellent comprehensive properties of NR vulcanizate could be obtained when 92 phr magnesium hydroxide,8 phr red phosphorus and 20 phr nano-kaolin were used.
