在复合力场中诱导体系挤出温度对管材的影响

摘  要:研究了145~160℃挤出温度下在复合应力场中挤出添加高相对分子质量聚乙烯(HMWPE)质量分数为6%的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)诱导体系管材的力学性能与微观结构。结果表明,存在一个最佳剪切应力场温度,使得诱导形成的串晶结构能够被很好地保存下来,这时晶片较厚,结晶度最大,管材在该温度下获得最佳力学性能。诱导体系的最佳剪切诱导结晶温度是150℃,若温度过高,由于解取向,力学性能提高幅度小。Under 145-160 ℃ extrusion temperature, pipelines produced by HDPE induced system with 6 % HMWPE were extruded under compound stress field, and their mechanical properties and microstructure were studied. The rusults show that there is an optimal shear stress field temperature, which can well conserve the shish-kebab structure induced and formed, with the thicker wafer and the biggest crystallinity. Pipelines obtained under this temperature have optimal mechanical properties. Under shear stress field the optimal temperature for the induced system is of 150℃. At excessive high temperature, due to deorientation, the elevation extent of mechanical properties falls.
