摘　　要：概述了国内外技术进步测算的研究成果。在此基础上，结合电力企业生产运行特点和技术经济指标，提出技术经济指标体系法，成功地解决了电力企业技术进步测算问题。お? The paper outlines research achievements on calculation of technical progress in recent years both in China and abroad.Based on these achievements and operating characteristics of power productinn,a systemetic method to calculate technical-economical indices of power enterprises is suggested.It has successfully solved the problem of numerical estimation of technical progress of electric power enterprises.
