复方珍珠滴眼凝胶中冰片的含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：建立复方眼用凝胶剂中冰片的含量测定方法。以十六烷为内标物,采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定眼用凝胶制剂中冰片的含量。龙脑在0.04～0.12μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9990),平均加样回收率为96.90%,RSD为1.10%。该复方眼用凝胶剂中冰片的含量测定的方法简单、快速、准确、可行。Determination method was studied for borneol in compound ophthalmic gel. Applying hexadecane as internal standard substance, capillary gas chromatography was used to determine borneol in ophthalmic gel. A good linearity was obtained, when the concentration of borneol was between 0.04～0.12μg （r=0. 9990）. The average recovery was 96.81% and RSD was 1.46%. This method is simple, reliable and accurate, and it can be used to determine borneol in ophthalmic gel.
