摘　　要：应用新技术,开发新型高性能的传动元件,是适应工业生产对通用机械传动装置更新换代的需要。在对摆线针轮减速器、推杆减速器和活齿减速器优缺点分析的基础上,融合它们各自的优点设计了新型摆线活齿减速器,研究得出其具有传动效率高,传动扭矩大和传动比范围宽等特点。Applying the new techniques and developing new high-performance transmission parts adapted to the generation replacement need of mechanical transmission device for industrial production. Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of cycloid pin gear reducer, push rod reducer and movable teeth reducer, a new cycloidmovable teeth reducer is designed by integrating their respective advantages, which possess the characteristics of high efficiency, high transmission torque and wide transmission ratin range.
