摘　　要：目的观察0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合罗红霉素治疗痤疮的疗效。方法以0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏外用联合罗红霉素口服作为治疗组,单纯罗红霉素口服作为对照组,观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合罗红霉素治疗痤疮效果好,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficiency of 0.1%tazaratene cream and roxithromycin to treat patients with acne.Methods Using roxithromycin as control group,0.1% tazarotene cream and roxithromycin as therapeutic group.Results The overall treating courses of therapeutic group were apparently superior to that of the control group(P<0.01).In the period of the observation,severe side effects weren't found.Conclusion 0.1% Tazarotene cream and roxithromycin is effective for treat acne.
