摘 要:通过对ZS1110TD型柴油机低压供油系统进行技术改造,使高比例二甲醚和低比例生物柴油混合燃料在ZS1110TD型柴油机上燃用,并对混合比例、供油提前角和供油压力进行优化匹配。试验结果表明:80%二甲醚与20%生物柴油(重量比)混合燃料在该柴油机上燃用与原柴油机相比最大输出功率降低4.8%,最大扭矩增加6.2%,NO2排放部分工况最高可降低60%~70%,HC排放有较大幅度降低,烟度排放接近零,实现了无烟排放,缓解柴油机对石油的依赖和降低尾气排放是十分有益的。A model ZS1110TD diesel engine fuelled with the blend of high proportion dimethyl ether (DME) and low proportion bio-diesel was investigated through improving the low pressure fuel supply system and optimizing the blending ratio of the blend, fuel supply advanced angle and fuel injection pressure. The test results show that comparing with original engine, when the engine is fuelled with the blend of 80 % DME(in mass) and 20% bio-diesel(in mass), the max. power of the engine reduces by 4.80%, while the max. torque increases by 6.2%, the NOx emission decreases by 60%-70%, the HC emission decreases greatly, and the exhaust smoke is nearly zero. It is indicated that using such a blend is beneficial to the alle-viation of petroleum supply and the decrease of engine emission.
