摘  要:针对柴油机微粒捕集器(DPF)工作过程中排气背压的动态变化,对影响背压信号采集系统动态响应性能的因素进行了讨论,建立了壁流式蜂窝陶瓷DPF的排气背压数学模型,在此基础上得到了DPF测压系统的理论动态响应特性方程。通过实测背压与理论模型输出背压的比较,简单而又合理地描述了DPF测压系统实际动态响应过程的特性,为确定DPF再生时机提供了一定的理论参考。The exhaust back-pressure appears as nonlinear dynamic change during operation of a diesel particulate filter(DPF). The factors influencing the response characteristic of back-pressure signal acquisition system were discussed, a exhaust back-pressure model of a wall-flow honeycomb ceramic DPF was estab- lished, and the dynamic response characteristic equation of DPF back-pressure signal acquisition system was derived. The comparison result of the measured back-pressure and the value predicted by the theory model shows that the dynamic response characteristic equation can easily and reasonably represent the true dynamic response characteristic of DPF back-pressure signal aequistion system and can provide a theoretical reference for determining regeneration time of DPF.
