摘  要:使用VEXS-100型压力传感器、高灵敏度K型热电偶、抗干扰能力强的STC89C52RC单片机和512K bit串行EEPROM存储器AT24C512,并利用Visual Basic 6.0编制了系统的上位机软件,构成了公交车用固定式反吹电加热再生DPF(diesel particulate filter)装置瞬时温度和压力的数据采集系统,实现了在剧烈振动的恶劣环境条件下的数据采集和保存。该系统成本低、可靠性高,非常适合无人监管情况下的数据自动采集。试验还表明,安装DPF装置后碳烟的捕集效率可达到70%以上。DPF的排气背压低于原安装消声器时的水平,不会因改装DPF后引起发动机燃油耗增加。A low cost data acquisition system consisting of VEXS-100 pressure transducer, K-type thermal couple, STC89C52RC mieroeontroller and AT24C512 serial EEPOM memory was developed to obtain the instantaneous pressure and temperature when the stationary electric-heated reverse flow DPF for bus was being regenerated. The corresponding upper PC code was programmed using Visual Basic 6.0 software. The test results show that the system has higher reliability and can acquire and store the data under intensive vibration conditions. After replacing muffler with the DPF, the smoke is reduced by more than 70%, the exhaust pressure and fuel consumption are also decreased.
