摘  要:用低温激发的红外电磁波处理小麦种子后,以50%甲醇人工老化,测定种子的质膜透性和幼苗抗衰老指标。结果表明,在距离5cm和10cm处理1hr的种子相对电导率、幼苗O2-含量和膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量均低于对照。发芽率、GI、VI、叶绿素和抗坏血酸含量以及SOD、CAT和POD活性则比对照高,提高了麦苗素质。证明用该治疗器的电磁辐射处理,确具有抗衰老的生理功能。过氧化物酶同工酶的电泳谱带表明,治疗器只产生激发效应,未诱导基因改变。Wheat seeds were treated with low temperature excited infrared contact therapeutic device manufactured by ZHONGYA MAGIC LAMP GROUP CO.and artificially aged by 50% methanol before germination.Determination of the membrane permeability of the seeds and the senescence indicators of the seedlings showed that the relative conductivity of the seeds,O - 2 and MDA(a product of lipid peroxidation)contents of the seedlings in the treatments at a distance of 5 or 10 cm for 1 hour were lower than the untreated control,while their germination percentage,GI,VI,chlorophyll content,vitamin C content and the activity of SOD,CAT and POD were higher than the control,resulting in better quality of the seedlings.These results provide further proof for the senescence-resistant effect of the device.The PAGE zymogram of the peroxidase isoenzyme showed no gene variation,suggesting that this device might produce exciting effect only.
