摘  要:对母羊、胎儿动脉插管采集血样,气相色谱平衡法测定药物浓度,对妊娠绵羊安氟醚吸入麻醉期间母羊和胎儿血药浓度及血气变化进行测定。结果表明,母羊和胎儿血液药物浓度显著相关(上升相y=0.9529x-1.33,r=0.9443,P<0.05;消除相y=0.9655x-1.393,r=0.999,P<0.01)。麻醉期间母羊、胎儿血液pH略为下降(P>0.05),Paco2上升(P<0.05),SBE,Tco2变化不明显,BE下降。血气参数变化表明,胎儿和母羊均有轻微的呼吸性酸中毒和代谢性酸中毒并存。This thesis dealt with the variation of maternal and fetal blood and end-tidal enflurane concentrations which were determined by the gas chromatography after blood samples were withdrawn through arteria catheters of ewes and fetus during enflurane inhalation anesthesia of pregnant sheep.The results indicated that the time curve of maternal blood anesthetic concentration was significantly correlated with that of fetus (ascending phase∶y=0 9529x-1.33 r=0 9443,P<0 05;eliminating phase∶y=0 9655x-1 393 r=0 999, P<0 01).In the period of anesthesia,it seemed that there were slight respiratory acidosis and metabolic acidosis in both ewes and fetues because maternal and fetal pH,BE were slightly lower and Pco rose (P<0 05).
