摘　　要：目的探讨影响经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)带管出院患者导管维护依从性的因素及护理对策。方法对17例PICC带管出院患者出现并发症的原因进行分析。结果患者依从性差是导致出现并发症的主要原因。影响患者导管维护依从性的因素有健康知识缺乏、经济原因、交通不便、年龄大、文化程度偏低等。结论加强患者的出院健康教育并指导其自我护理,同时做好家属的健康宣教工作,可提高患者出院后导管维护的依从性。Objective To investigate the factors affecting attendant compliance of outpatients who discharged with PICC and nursing countermeasure. Methods Analyze the reason of complications of PICC in 17 discharged patients. Results The main reason of the complication is due to the patients＂ bad complianc~ The factors that affected the patients＂ compliance ineluded the lack of health education, economic factors, the inconvenience of the transportation, age, education level and so on. Conclusion Enhance health education to patients on how to nurse the PICC site themselves and also educate the family members about healthy ways can elevate the attendant compliance of the discharged patients.
