摘 要:使用于液压系统中的机用矿物油,如果工作液体中存在气泡或者是压力的变化特别是突然的变化等有时会导致系统不能继续正常地运转,甚至导致系统的破坏.相互接触的气体向液压油中的扩散或者是气体透过气囊(通常为橡胶)向液体中的扩散是导致压力变化的的主要原因.因此有必要研究气体向油及油橡胶系的扩散特性.利用已有的扩散系数分别推导出了气体向油、气体向油橡胶系的扩散量的理论计算公式.在物性值为已知的情况下利用推导出的公式对气体的扩散进行了计算和比较.Sometimes the system performance can be damaged because of the bubbles in the working liquid or pressure pulsation or surge in the oil hydraulic systems. Diffusion from gas to oil or the system of oil-rubber is the primary physical phenomenon which dominates the change of the pressure It is necessary, therefore, to study the diffusion behavior from gas to liquid or the system. In this paper, an equation is derived to calculate the diffusion volume of the gas from gas to mineral oil or to the system consists of mineral oil and rubber. The gas diffusion volume to oil or system of oil-rubber is calculated individually by the equations derived above using the value of the properties of oil and rubber.
