摘　　要：能源国际长期合同是指国家与国家之间,或国家与外国公司之间或东道国公司与外国公司之间在能源勘探、开发、生产、供给、贸易和利用等方面设定各自权利义务关系的长期协议。能源国际长期合同较其他的国际合同在法律性质、特征、成立与效力、权利和义务、争议的解决等方面存在很大的不同,因而其法律规制及在履行中的特殊性显而易见。中国应加强能源国际长期合同的研究,确保能源经济主权和安全。The long-term energy international contract is the long-term agreement between the country and the country, the country and the foreign corporation or the host country corporation and the foreign corporation, that refers to energy exploration, energy development, energy supplies, energy trade and energy use and so on. Comparing with other international contract, the long-term en- and the particularity in executing the contract is obvious. China should strengthen the research in the long-term energy international contract, guaranteeing the energy economic sovereignty and the energy security.
