摘　　要：目的:SCI系统康复计划实施是确保该群体生活质量的保证。方法:系统评估,确立康复目标,个体化康复计划制定,贯彻系统康复教育,落实康复计划,再评估,决定康复去向。结果:系统康复计划的实施降低SCI患者并发症发生几率,提高生活自理能力,改善心理状态,不同程度地改善、提高SCI患者的生活及生存质量。结论:SCI系统康复计划实施方案的落实,有助于SCI患者改善生活质量,提高生存质量。(包括并发症的康复治疗,全程康复教育的实施,合理有效的功能锻炼,增强代偿能力,保持关节活动度,防止关节及肌肉的废用。)Objectives： Purpose： SCI system＇s recovering from illness a plan implement is assurance which insures that community life quality. Method：System evaluate, the establishment recovers from illness a target and the individuation recovers from illness plan establishment, carried through system to recover from illness education and the implementation recovers from illness a plan, evaluated again, decided to recover from illness direction. Result：The system recovers from illness a planned implement had lowered the SCI sufferers complications, taken place several rates, raised a life to take care for oneself ability, improve mental appearance, different degree ground improvement, exaltation SCI sufferer of life and existence quality. Conclusion： The SCI system recovers from illness a plan implement the implementation of the project might contribute to SCI a sufferer an improvement a life quality, exaltation existence quality. （ Include a recover from illness of complications treatment, the whole distanceses recover from illness an educational implement, reasonable valid of the function toughen, strengthen a commutation ability, keep the joint movable degree and keep discard of joint and muscle from use. ）
