摘 要:2008年5月4日~8月8日北京奥运火炬传遍了中国,全国各传递城市的医疗机构严格执行北京奥组委火炬接力中心的指示,按照“属地负责”的原则,实施火炬接力活动医疗保障工作。大约300人组成的火炬接力团队走完火炬接力的全程。笔者参与并协调向火炬接力团队人员、火炬手、助跑员以及火炬接力沿途的观众提供常规和,或急诊医疗服务;监督团队住宿的宾馆,用餐的餐馆、食品配发单位,以及饮用水的卫生情况,以确保饮食安全:对与火炬接力有关的公共场所进行卫生管理和监督,以防止重大传染病的爆发和流行。在医疗机构内挑选政治素质高、专业技术精良的医务人员作为随队医生,并建立多支医疗急救小分队,一辆救护车一路随队前进。在火炬接力通过的每个城市,至少选择一所二级甲等以上的医院作为定点医院,在其中预留了床位,开通绿色通道,备足药品和医疗用品。协调各地急救中心(站)配备救护车,在每个关键的地点设立急救点,以500~1000m为宜。火炬接力团队人员下榻的宾馆都设立医务室。对于运动员身份的火炬手提供医疗服务需谨慎,以免误服兴奋剂。Since 4 May to g August 2008 the torch of the Beijing Olympic Games was relayed throughout China. A torch relay operation team composed of more than 300 members traveled the whole torch relay route. Two medical doctors with high political quality and excellent professional skills and well-trained took part in and cooperated the health care and medical security work, and/or routine and emergency medical care to the torch bearers, escort runners, VIPs, and sponsors who traveled with the team, other team staff members, and the spectators along the torch relay route. They Implemented hygiene supervision of the hotels, restaurants, food distribution enterprises that supplied catering services to the torch relay team, and drinking water, so as to guarantee the food safety, and conduct hygienic administration and monitor on the public places related to the torch relay so as to avoid the outbreak or epidemic of severe infectious diseases. An ambulance of the team drove along with the torch relay convoy. Several medical emergency detachments in charge of emergency care, orthopedics, general surgery, burn, nursing, etc were established. At least one grade B class A hospital was selected as designated hospital in every city through which the torch relay passed. Green channels were opened, reserved beds were available, and medical equipments and drugs were sufficient in these hospitals. The emergency centers (stations) in these cities provided adequate well-trained medical workers and set medical emergency spots in the key spots. Every emergency care spot was equipped with an ambulance. Clinics were egtablished in every hotel where the team stayed. Medication was conducted with the utmost discretion lest the torchbearers who were athletes too be given drugs containing dopes by mistake.
