摘　　要：综述了适用于建筑结构的相变材料的种类以及实现工艺和使用中应注意的一些问题,并展望了相变储能技术在建筑节能领域的应用前景。Phase change technology based on phase change material be applied to the building applications, prepare energy-saving construction unit, can well use solar energy and the environment heat or cold, reduce the indoor temperature fluctuations, improve human comfort , lower power load, has become an important way of building energy conservation. Suitable phase change materials for building structure, implementation and some problems in implementation were re viewed, and it＇s future was forecasted in the field of building energy conservation applications.
