摘 要:采用水热法制备了超级电容器MnO2电极材料,以单因素实验确定了最佳的制备条件为:水热处理温度为120℃和反应时间为6h。XRD测试结果表明,所制得的MnO2是α-MnO2和γ-MnO2的混合晶型。最佳制备条件下所制得的MnO2的比电容达168.39F.g-1。为改善MnO2的倍率特性进行Al掺杂,XRD的测试结果表明,Al3+进入到MnO2的晶格中。电化学测试结果表明,掺Al改善了电极材料的倍率特性和循环稳定性。The MnO2 electrode material for supercapacitor was synthesized by hydrothermal method and the optimum preparation condition was determined by monofactorial study, which is confirmed to be 120℃ for treatment tempera ture and 6h for treatment time. XRD characterization showed that the MnO2 prepared was composed of α-MnO2 and 7 MnO2. And the specific capacitance of the MnO2 developed under appropriate preparation condition was found to be 168.39 F·g ^-1 Al-doping was performed for the sake of the improvement of rate capability. And the results showed that both the rate capability and the cycling stability of MnO2 were improved.
