摘　　要：目的:探讨利用鼻中隔多切口粘膜下矫正的方法,选择性对鼻中隔多部位偏曲的患者进行手术治疗临床应用。方法:对21例双侧或单侧鼻中隔多部位偏曲的患者,采用双侧或单侧鼻中隔多切口、在粘膜下局限于切除偏曲结构的方法对鼻中隔偏曲予以矫正,并进行随访观察。结果:全部病例术后鼻中隔得到了矫正,鼻腔通气等症状明显改善,没有鼻中隔摆动、鼻腔粘连及鼻中隔穿孔等并发症。结论:对于鼻中隔多部位的偏曲,只要偏曲部位之间有足够的间隔距离,采用多切口手术不但可以达到矫正鼻中隔的效果,同时可以减少手术对鼻中隔的损伤,减少并发症的发生,最大限度地保留鼻中隔的正常结构,更好地保护鼻中隔的生理功能。Objective： To treat the multi-structure deflection of nasal septum by multi-incision submueous septoplasty. Methods ： 21 cases of multi-structure deflection of nasal septum were treated by multi-incision submucous septoplasty which through making multi-incision of bilateral or lateral, and only limit to excise the structure deflection of nasal septum. And then they were followed up after operation after operation in all patients, the symptoms were almost Results：The deflection of nasal septum were rectification disappear, and complications were not found. Conclusion： It is a good way for the cases of multi-structure deflection of nasal septum as long as it has enough space between the structure deflection of nasal septum. The multi-incision submucous septoplasty not only obtain the good effective for them, but also reduce the damnification of nasal septum and reduce the complications, and to protect the function of nasal septum better.
